Throwback to when I was 5 months preggo with Max. Every day was a battle. I took medication right up until the day I gave birth to Jack. I also woke up at 22 weeks with a nerve pain which meant each step I took was agony. They basically said I wasn’t allowed to walk more than 100m a day (impossible with a toddler?!) Plus I worked 3 days a week. It was the toughest 9 months of my life BUT I am so grateful. Jack was a complete surprise whereas Max took over two years to conceive (with 4 miscarriages in between- it’s good to be open about these things). We are so grateful. Jack was worth all the pain. And now we ask ourselves….would we do it again? Would we be lucky again to conceive? Could my anxiety handle it? I would do things differently if we did. I would ask for more help. Or move to the country and get an au pair for the first year 😂 (not a bad idea hey?). What will be will be 💕 (look how sweet Max looks here. Don’t be fooled people. 👹👹👹)
